Fraudulent payment disputes or unauthorized chargeback claims may be investigated and disputed using all available evidence, including delivery confirmation, IP records, customer communications, and order verification data.

  1. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION

Qween Empire Shop reserves the right to dispute any chargeback claim involving:

• Successfully delivered orders

• Lack of customer communication prior to dispute
• Claims inconsistent with transaction records

Evidence submitted may include transaction records, tracking confirmations, signed delivery records, customer correspondence, fraud prevention reports, and website policy acknowledgements.

Customers engaging in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may be permanently banned from future purchases and may be reported to relevant financial institutions.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer, Qween Empire Shop is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages unless otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

All return and refund requests must comply with our posted Return Policy. Failure to contact us within the stated return period may result in denial of refund eligibility.
