Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At QWEEN EMPIRE SHOP, we want you to feel confident when choosing a subscription or purchase option. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Subscription Orders
If you have purchased a product through one of our subscription or recurring purchase options, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal date.

To cancel your subscription or purchase option, please contact us directly:

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout in your cancellation request. Our team will confirm your cancellation within 1–2 business days.
Orders Already Processed
If your next order has already been processed and payment has been captured, we are unable to cancel that specific order. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy.
One-Time Purchase Options
Orders placed as standard one-time purchases cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled and shipped. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Bundles & Sets
Bundle orders (such as the Elite Drive Fragrance Bundle or The Luxury Experience Bundle) follow the same cancellation terms as one-time purchases. These orders cannot be partially cancelled — the full bundle must be cancelled before fulfilment.
Refunds on Cancellations
Where a cancellation is approved before an order is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
